As per your previous conversation with Meche, try and barter for a gun. Ask him repeatedly about what he's doing with the power tool, how he got it, and why he needs it for him to remark about it in all caps. On this screen, you'll find Chepito rocking away with a power tool. Operate it, then head back to the lift and take the lower left exit this time on the ocean floor. To the top right, you'll come to an underwater conveyor with a lever. Go back and take the lift down to the ocean floor. Work with the timing some until she does so, then claim the stockings from the nearby wastebasket. This requires some timing, as you are trying to make her drop ash on herself.
Return back to Meche and mess with the ashtray near her. After that, head into the main office and talk to Domino about the roles he and Copal had/have in Hector's scheme. He'll lead you in a circle, but as soon as you are done talking to him, he'll go to the right some and step somewhat near the circle, putting his light source near you. Inquire about why he is down here and more about him, then ask to follow him out. Speak to it, as this will be your new buddy, Chepito. On the bottom of the ocean, wait around and try to move until Glottis remarks at a nearby creature heading to you. Now that you've ripped the ship nearly in twain, rev the engines up and go in reverse. Take out your scythe, use it on the anchor to secure it onto the window, then go pull the anchor back on the starboard side. Go back and pull up the port anchor, then look through the porthole at the anchor itself. Play with the ship controls to move the ship over to the left, then drop the starboard (right) anchor.
